does any one know how the village by the sea apartments did, I'm just wondering if water got in the first floor apartments. any info will help they are near the galveston walmart, did the walmart get water in it.

its located on central city blvd, its a loop that connects 61st and seawall, by the walmart.

I was able to look in my grandmothers apt which is real close to the area you speak of. I cant remember the name of hers but its the complex with the yellow wood, right behind the walmart.



Her's is a first floor apt and it did have water in it. I am terribly sorry to have to be the one to tell you. So you will know, I physically looked through my grandmothers window and saw the water line. 2 feet or so as I recall. I saw alot of water lines on that horrible day and it all kind of runs together.

Seems like every structure I cared about down there got the same treatment.
