We are going in three weeks. I spent around 800 bucks for four days ,three nights at Paris, along with airfare, all for the both of us. I went through my local travel agent here in Richmond.
When I do it again, I think I will research doing air and hotel seperately on my own, and compare with someplace like Expedia.com, or Travelocity.com . Not sure if I'd gotten a beter deal or not. I think I did fine with the route I went.

If you go to www.lvtalk.com they have a great little sub forum called Las Vegas talk. You can post up there and get some advice. I'm sure someone here will chime in as well, but there goes my $.02.

I'm ready to pay tonight or tomorrow morning.

I need to stay on "The Strip" (or 1-block off) and need to fly out 8/3 in the evening (after 6:00 PM) then return Monday 8/6 anytime.

MUST include air-fare and hotel for these dates. Anyone that has a deal is welcome to call me on my cell or email me directly. Time-share owners are also welcome!!

I'll book online at Expedia.com if nobody contacts me by 11:00 AM tomorrow (Wednesday) morning.

I REALLY want a hot tub in the room (or on a balcony) and I'm not afraid to spend the $$ to get it!!

Good luck with a direct booking. Someone here gotta have a hook up.

If not, I dont think you'd go wrong with Expedia.

I know Caesers has a honeymoon type suite in one of their towers with a hot tub in the room.

Happy anniversary by the way. (You didnt forget did you, you sure are in a rush. LOL)

No...I didn't forget. I just didn't think I'd have as much spare cash as I do to splurge, so we had planned a "night out" for dinner Friday night.

I'd like to take her out like we're going to dinner and drive to the airport to get on a plane and have her ask *** are we doing at the airport...you know...the old sappy romantic routine where I get to reply with, "We're going to VEGAS baby!!"

She'll melt and that's what I live for!!

The past few years I have travelled to Vegas on business at least every other month. I have always been able to get the best deals on rooms from Expedia. I could have probably gotten better deals if I booked airfare and room together but my company insists on booking the airfare directly. This is not the cheapest time of the year to go, but it should be cheaper than cooler months. Almost all of the nicer casinos have rooms with hot tubs, just a matter of where you want to be on the strip and what you are willing to pay. You may have trouble getting one of those rooms through Expedia though, they usually only advertise the standard room. If you plan to gamble much at all, I suggest you pick a casino you think you will like and call their casino hosts. If you tell them you are coming for your anniversary and plan to gamble a bit they may be able to help you out on the room rate. Be careful though, if they offer you a better rate and then you don't gamble as much as you said you would, they will likely hit you with the full price of the room.

just booked a trip earlier this week. many of the hotels had a "best rate guarantee" on their website....basically stating that their rate would beat other online deals or they would give you part of the difference.....staying at Bally's for our 10th anniversary in Sept....
