Update from FOB Normandy

We just got off messenger with Charlie in Iraq. The sand storms have subsided and he has had a chance to get in the air. It was only 90 degrees at 9:00PM. During the day it has been running around 109. He said the high so far at Normandy was 119, with humidity in the low teen.

Yesterday they flew over the sabres and a giant mosque that sadaam was having built.

Charlie thanks that he flew the 1st actual patient mission, They have to verify it with company headquarters to see if they flew sooner. Thankfully it was only for a soldier that needed a root canal. What a ride to the dentist. Other then that he just flew some docs and med supplies.

For those that have asked about buying calling cards to donate to the troops, Charlie said the AT&T cards are what they can use at Normandy. For anybody that wants to get some calling cards send me an PM and I will send a link and info about them.

For those wanting to write send me a PM for his address. There mail goes to the company headquarters in Balad and then will get flown out to Charlie's platoon, more then likely, on a weekly basis. So it may take up to two weeks for it to reach him.

If anybody wants to send goodies to the guys PM for info about how or we can include it in one of the packages we will be sending, to save on the postage.
