Fox 26 news just reported on the TV that Tropical Storm Ivan is expected to hit around Galveston tomorrow evening. The remnants of Hurricane Ivan have circled around and are off the mouth of the Mississippi reforming into a low. Winds are expected to be 50 mph at landfall. Tides will be 4-6 feet above normal. Which is significantly higher than today. Just a warning -Tom

I guess Ivan wasn't going to be happy until it effected every state on the Gulf Coast. Sure hope it doesn't strenghthen more than the weather guys predict, especially since nobody would have any time to prepare for its arrival, seeing as it might hit as early as tomorrow evening.
