Keep bag bottom trash from several bags of tortilla chips, crush fine but not to a powder. Cut ling steaks to desired thickness (about 3/4"). Pat dry. Add any spices to fish you like (Phillips Blackening Seasoning). Lightly brush over each piece with Olive oil, dredge hard into the crushed tortilla chips. Place on pam coated glass cooking dish, bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until flaky. DO NOT OVER COOK.

If you seasoned it right, all you'll need is more.:cheers:
