I predict it will float off and crash into something. I took my boat around it a couple of weeks ago and unless someone secured it better, there is not much holding it in place. Hope it doesn't smash into a storage tank there in Dow plant A.

Got a report early this morning (2:00 am) that the barge tied up on the property about 1/2 mile south of Surfside Marina went drifting down the ICW.
