Thanx Shimano

Always heard Shimano had excellent customer service but never needed to check it UNTIL I returned from Destin and found that the handle on my Twinpower 8000 HG was missing. This is a Japanese domestic reel inbetween the Sustain and the Stella with the Stella drag and gears. Called Shimano US and they quoted me a price of around $80 for the Stella handle. The lady that I spoke to said that she wasn't sure that it was the same part though, being a Japanese reel. She sent the part free and it now resides on my reel. That's what brings me back.
