Alex,
look for an ozone warning in Houston and come on down. Light SE wind(5mph) is best.

If it's green inshore but rough the fish are still there, it just depends if you want to fish
it in those conditions.

Oh yeah, and as rough as it's been with this unsettled weather, it'll take a few days to settle and start to clear.

With all the rain we are getting, some fish could be "relocated" towards and to the surf. Especially out of Trinity after a week or so. Wait for a southerly, south east, east breeze for a few days and it usually will clear. Any wind westerly is not so good.
