SuddenLink is supposedly a decent internet provider in the Livingston TX area, but their internet site doesn't allow me to get anywhere.

Anyone use it and have a way to contact them?

Is there a different provider you recommend instead?

Where you are the provider was East Tex telephone when I lived out there.
I have Vsat ( Viasat in believe) in the RV. They put a small dish on a metal pole and a modem/wifi in the house.
It works great at less than everyone else.
Like most sat dishes it is slightly prone to heavy T-storm interference.

Although I haven't moved in, SuddenLink did hook up to the house, and checked the house wiring which was good. The installer was great and friendly and that went well; he lived in Onalaska. SuddenLink has some equipment near Kickapoo Duke, but it isn't an office, just a hub outlet for trucks etc. I had to make all the plans though another office that I have no idea where it is located.

We contacted them and they wanted $5k to run a line from across the street to our place. We ended with Livingston Telephone at the price 3 times more than we paid in Houston, but no other choices. So far this little company has been very reliable, very quick to response when we called.

I have them at the lake house works good and it's fast enough to keep my Ring door bell and cameras up and the wireless thermostats working well. Got no complaints.

I'm in Indian Hills Estates.
