yes they're ornamental fruit trees blossoming beside my local library. i had my camera with me and they caught my eye. just gorgeous. and yesterday i got the surprise of my life, our weeping cherry trees have two blossoms! already! i wasn't expecting them to blossom until November. i can't wait to get my Nikon amongst them. :D

and thanks, i like that third one too. i have some new flowers today, so if i get a chance i'll have another play with the tripod and the macro filter and see what i can come up with.

I also love the last one.
Ike even destroyed my Plumeria. It is still living but was stripped of all leaves and broke many limbs. I save most for cuttings. It was so beautiful and more full with leaves than most any I have ever seen. I looked more like a bush than most Plumeria look like. It shall return though as well as many more soon.

I lost my beautiful hibiscus tree. Well, actually I lost all my trees in some way.
I suppose we will just have to start over again.
