Can't be a real gaming facility, in Texas. What's the catch? Are you gambling for points, to buy their merchandise?

Casino

Slot machines only and they pay out cash. They had been involved with lawsuits with the state for years about this casino. It was open for a bout 6 weeks many years ago, but the state served them with an injunction to shut it down.

Now there back !!!!!! I hate it because I can tell the traffic has increased between Livingston and Woodville. Dang gamblers getting in the way of my trips to the deer lease or the lake.

From the address it is across the street from the Alabama-Coushatta Cultural Center.

Not sure if this is up-top-date:

There is one Indian casino in Texas, the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino in Eagle Pass. Texas has three federally-recognized tribes but only the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe is authorized to own and operate a casino under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act of 1987.

It won't last long. There is not a single member of our great state legislature that will tolerate gambling. If it is indian owned, the federal courts have already ruled that the indians signed a treaty with the state that they would never have gambling. They tried in the 90's and lost again.
