Diamond back water snake, fayette full of them, he is one of the good ones too but I dont go out of my way to kill anything anymore, snakes or snails unless they mess with me or the little girl. They gotta live too, comes with age I guess ( just turned 50)

Love those snakes. I was walking along the banks of a friend's stock pond fishing very early one morning when I was visiting. I had a rather dark water snake fall out of the brush right in front of me. Two seconds of cottonmouth terror followed by what have must have looked pretty funny as I chased it into the water trying to catch it to scare my buddy.
