Most of the major online parts places have them for around $850-900. Make sure you get the hoses with the package. I bought mine on Ebay for less than $700.

There really isn't any "hookup" when it comes to Seastar - you're gonna be paying a pretty penny, but it is well worth it...

It's like Jack Plates, you aren't really going to great deal - just maybe a one place a little cheaper than the next place. ;)

Googled 'seastar steering' for you and came up with this. This is a good price, especially including hoses, filler kit, and oil.
