Just to let everyone know that I have wildblue satellite ISP and they are the WORST service I have ever had.
They tell you that your speed will be up to 512 kbps but what they don't tell you that it will probably be far less.
They say it should be at least 350 kbps.
Will the BEST download speed I've had is 264 kbps and when I called them they said there will be a $95 service call just to check it out.
I asked to be let out of my contract and they said I would have to pay the entire amount of the contract even though I would not even be using the service that I'm paying for.

Their "customer service" is really customer scrooge. They are NO help at all, just want to get your money any thing else is "sorry charlie", you lose.
All this cost me 2+ hours on my cell phone just to learn that I'm getting the short end of the stick.
They also have a bandwidth limit which if you spend a normal time online, you'll exceed it in about 2 1/2 weeks out of the month they allow you.
