Is there a public water and sewer supply in Sargent? Or would i have to install a waterwell and septic system if i bought a lot? Thanks

Depends on where you are: some places have both, some just water, some nothing.. You need to just check on where your lot is.

like he said depends on where the lot is. Contact caney creek mud (979-245-0245) they have both the water and sewer. cost is around $37.50/ month. if owner of lot signed up for the sewer when they was installing cost would be minial butif they did not last i heard it was ABOUT $3000.00 for a sewer tap

Sargent to Matagorda Harbor?

Can anyone tell me how far it is from Sargent to the Harbor in Matagorda. If i want to fish West Bay and the river i don't want to make the long haul from Sargent down the ICW. Thanks
