You kind of laugh for a minute then you realize that they are making do with what they have. OSHA doesn't have enough paperwork to cover either of those pics.

After a long safety meeting with my guys this morning, i decided to walk out and see how they were doing.
Much to my suprise, they seem to be working safely and using their PPE.
