Sho nuff.

They look sturdy enough, and are at the rite angle, but I didn't notice the brand. The ones that I buy are Driftmasters on the same principle, with 3/8 rod. The ones that I make are made from 1/2 HARDENED rod. The only thing wrong with holders like these, is the footprint of the mounting block is slightly small for my taste. But like you said, the price is right.
