Need referral on repairs on AllStar specials ultralights.
The tiny eyes near the rod tip have broken on both my rods?
Would like referral for local area repair.

Try Mike in Friendswood or Cut Rate. I've seen Mike do some good work on some rods, plus you can have some good fishing conversation.

The eyes you are looking for are rare indeed if they are the ones I am thinking about. Take the old ones off and check the size on the shank.I have sometimes converted other eyes to match the existing ones.It is just hunt until you can find a match.I am not sure allstar eyes are available to us anymore. Carl

you can also take it back to Academy and get you a brand new rod for free.
