I have a hard time finding accurate and consistent data from apps or websites. I have the Windy app and look at NOAA and surf forecast sites. What do y’all use that is the most reliable?

I've used Windfinder and Swell Info and found them to be the most reliable. Magic Seaweed for me seems to under estimate wave height pretty often. There's no wave forecast app or website I've found that can truly be reliable. You just have to look for the best forecast conditions and go and hope it's right. I always take inshore gear just in case it's too rough.
