As a kid in San Antonio (in the '50's back before there was doppler insta-info. weather), my Dad could stand outside on a hot, dead, still day like today and say, "Yeah, somethin's gonna' happen.....it's too still...." And then BAM! I might just pull my car in the garage just in case. CF?

Not raining up here on the northside, but Momma just called from a plane sitting on the runway at IAH that isn't going anywhere anytime soon due to thunder storms around the area. She didn't sound too happy!

I'd say we have gotten around 1.25" so far here in Tball. Looks like another cell is still headed this way too. It's not hurtin' my feelings a bit. I was about to go out and water the yard.

Well the bark was worse than the bite this time, barely a 1/4" here in Katy, looks like I will have to break out the sprinklers.

CF, my granny was the same way, she could "feel" it in her joints, something was coming!
