Make you some pear preserves...or put them in the fridge...they should keep for a couple of weeks...Or buy a bunch of bottles of vodka, slice them up and put them in the bottles...people pay top dollar for pear infused vodka...

On Top Of The Refrigerator Until....

someone cuts one...then open the window and put the rest INSIDE the refrigerator. After chilled, add vanilla ice cream and eat. Pears are great on cereal, (bran flakes - IMHO) 2% milk and sweet-n-low. CF?

If they are Keifers (hard pears) then make preserves. Just don't give any away cause they will not let you rest wanting more.

If they are soft (typically Bartletts) then use them in the vodka. Get mushy and absorb the vodka. Killer!

Make "Apple pie" with pears

My grandmother used to just make apple pie, except using pears, I think she adjusted the cooking time a little more. And every year she would make "spiced pears" Just like spiced peaches, except..., you guessed it , pears!
