Had a similar problem, mine was the cap itself. Pull the cap and disconnect the ribbon wire. If you disconnect the ribbon wire and it works then you need to replace the cap.
If you call there customer service ask for "Fritz" he is first class when it come to his job

My Power Pole stopped working one day on the water. This happened before but it magically started working again. Now it seemed dead for good. Upon inspection, it seemed that the pump unit had no power. On a whim, I pulled the fuse and rubbed the ends of the fuse clean with a rag. Bingo! Power Pole started working again.

Their service is topnotch! They will walk you through the troubleshooting on the phone if you have the tools and VOM meter and you call before closing. They sent me a new circuit board and I replaced the unsealed fuse holder and it is ready to go. I know they are costly but I still appreciate good service when I get it!

 

Hello everyone. My 2021 PowerPole blade 10' stopped working. My PowerPole is out of warranty. I did some testing with the board and was able to repair it. Would anyone be interested in a repair service for "older" PowerPole circuit boards?

Just FYI… I had a similar problem last October. I bought a new circuit board. It didn’t help. I called Power Pole and asked if they could overhaul it. They did. Everything was new except the housing. It even had new wiring harness. I believe the price was $190. I essentially have a brand new pump.
