Hey Guys:

Me and my two fishing buds are planning a trip to Port A for some TUNA. We have been out of there before on some party boats but now will trailer our boat down and see what we can find for ourselves. We are looking for any and all advice on where to go and any tips we can get. This will not be an overnighter or long range trip. We hope to make 40 miles the limit.
We usually fish out of San Luis pass which typically means 100+ miles to the tuna grounds.

Looking for some particlar spots, names, coordinates, whatever, to enhance our odds. Any and all info will be greatly appreciated.

Happy Thanksgiving & Christmas to all!

Hit shrimp boats in at least 250' of water, preferably deeper.

I'd also keep a close eye on the weather, as the marine forecast shows 3-5's Saturday which usually means more like 4-6's heh.
