went out to some ruff seas on sunday toward falcon and spotted the mother load of shrimpers. hit a few before finding the blackfin....no yellowfin to be found. searched long and hard for some decent weed lines with only a slight amount of luck (two dolphin...around 5 pounds each). set out the big spread with not so much as a nibble (3 hours of trolling). hit the usual bottom spots in the baker area and caught a few snaps, sharks, and triggys. kept three blackfins and eight snaps for three people. still looking for a bill this year. i'm not a big fan of the ruff days as i'm sure nobody is, but it was worth it.....just being on the water.

Espiritu Santo was rough enough yesterday, can't imagine being offshore. Glad to see someone made it out, nice catch. Keep on pulling those baits, big "Mr. Bill" will show up eventually!
