It was still slow fishing Friday afternoon and evening but at least some tarpon showed up. Saw a couple of 2-3 footers and one 4-5 footer. Had one strike but my mind was wandering so I missed the hookset.

It was good to see some tarpon.

Did anyone else get in to any tarpon over the weekend?

Saw some tarpon along the middle coast. water was beautiful. okay numbers. no takers. Saw one get hooked but not caught.

Someone caught a fish yesterday morning out of Tarponchaser's boat at Port A. 60#. Maybe he will post about it later.
