Went out with buzzard bill back in February after meeting him at the boat show. Bill has a 28 panga, I was very impressed with the boat and amount of fishing room. I still would like to see what the boat can do in rough water, looking into one for next summer....

Panga style boats, from an owner

I have a 22' Panga Marine Marquesas with a Yamaha F115. I get incredible fuel mileage (4-6 nmpg) and a suprisingly good ride. I spend a lot of time offshore in the boat, frequently by myself. If you're looking for a simple, efficient, seaworthy boat I'd highly recommend them.
