Looks like this just might happen

Johnson Space Center Emergency Notification
Special Weather Statement - ACTIVE
The Nation Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for Friday for Harris and Galveston counties, including the JSC area.
Temperature forecasts continue to trend colder and as a result the most likely area for snowfall has shifted and is now expected across the Texas coastal counties. One to two inches of snowfall are forecast during the day Friday...with the heaviest snowfall expected by Friday afternoon. Most snowfall accumulations should be on elevated surfaces or grassy areas.
Monitor you local weather service closely as the weather situation could change rapidly on Friday.

Its coming down pretty good as we speak but of course it is to warm for it to have any build up,glad of that, however some of the overpasses may ice up so be careful if you are out and about.

I'm in Conroe. The flakes look nice. The teachers at this school (Conroe covenant christian) are letting the little ones go outside and see the snow flakes.
