Heading out of Clear Lake Saturday Morning but need to restock bait locker. Anyone got a line on good bait in my area? Nothing fancy necessary as I am just going nearshore for a fun trip with my son. Fresh shad, ground chum etc. would be fine. Any info would be appreciated.

Don't know of any.

I go to walmart and buy frozen, most of the time you won't even need them if you can work a casting net.

Academy usually has the best frozen selection, but thanks to Ike they don't know when they will start getting more (as of last weekend).
