List of fishing rods and reels stolen from my rental unit at Green River mini- storage on 8/20/04: (1)Penn International II 50 SW spooled w/ approx. 2000 yds. of 80# white super braid mounted on a black w/gold wrap custom 50-80# rod with gold anodized framed roller guides and a strait black aluminum butt. (1)Penn International II 50TW spooled w/ approx. 700 yds. of 80# clear mono mounted on a black w/gold wrap Pinnacle 50/80# rod with black aluminum framed roller guides and a strait black foam butt (2)Penn International II 30SW spooled w/ approx 600 yds. of 50# clear mono each mounted on a pinnacle 30/50 per above. (2)Penn International II 30TW spooled w/approx. 1500 and 1000 yds. of 50# white super braid each mounted on a Pinnacle per above (2) Pinnacle 30/50 rods per above except with convential guides (1)Penn Spinfisher 6500SS or7500SS (can’t remember) spooled with approx. 350 yds. of 25lb. clear mono mounted on an approx. 7ft. black/gold Penn spinning rod ( 2) small Shimano quick trigger type spinning reel/rod combos loaded with 12 lb. mono. I am offering a $100 dollar reward per rod/reel combo upon recovery for the Internationals and a $25 reward for the Penn spincasting outfit w/NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Alternatively, any information leading to the arrest of the scum that stole my livelihood will also receive a reward based on the amount of equipment recovered as listed above. Don't Penn Internationals have a serial number? If they do, I would recommend that you record yours.
Most police departments have some one that checks all new pawn tickets once a week, looking for stolen merchandise. If you report the serial numbers of the reel, then there is a good chance you will get it back. Provided its pawned local to where it was stolen.
