The weather has been crappy for our area and has caused me to reschedule several trips however we snuck out yesterday with clients that just needed to get out. The wind actually was nowhere near what they predicted it to be and on top of that the bite was fairly decent for the conditions. They are still holding the lake around 2ft low any of you that know Lake Houston know it can be a dangerous lake that low....
We bounced around from area to area and put a decent sack together including a big girl black crappie that went 2.75lbs and she broke the previous record of 2.11lbs....
Turned out to be a great day on the water....
