Any one herd of them. While looking through suzuki's dealer page I noticed them and decided to take a look at their web page. They look pretty sharp for another explorer type hull but a little sleeker like a shoalwater. The thing that impressed me was the weight, 890lbs for a 19'. Anyway they have a pretty cool video if anyone gets board at work.

I understand that Mosca is no longer going to build custom boats. Seems that Cesar is going to sell boats through several dealers and get out of the boat rigging end of the business. Sounds like a good business decision, but that doesn't leave many options for those who like to design their own boat.

There are several 2coolers that have a Mosca boat. I know Texxan ordered the 22 and is due to pick it up in Jan/Feb. and there was another guy here that had the 19 done this summer. They are some sweet boats. If you do a search with "Mosca" you'll get them all.

Actually we should get the boat in late december. Woohoo!! Per Cesar, it is going to be the last one built from top to bottom by him in his own shop. What he wants to do is get out of the rigging end and concentrate on building the hulls, that is what the change in his business will entail (I hope I said that right). Also he is selling the mold for the 19', keeping the 22' and developing his cat model (which, I understand, is essentially done with just a little fine tuning now).

Just for those curious.. Cesar is STILL going to be making custom Boats.. They will still be made to specs.. However, he will not be doing the rigging etc... So you can stil have the HULL made YOUR WAY.... Exactly to Your specs..

The end hope he has, is with just doing the hulls. He will be able to produce more actual hulls put out..

The 19 mold has been sold to a guy in east texas.. Cesar is going to make two more hulls from the 19 and then it will be given to the new owner.

Mark, When we did out test ride the drift position in one of the most important things to me.. We drifted Corpus christi bay in a 3ft chop... They stayed horizontal and tracked VERY well.
