I've never had smoked scallops, so I'd go with them. If they're as good as the smoked oysters then yum. The neat thing about sardines in oil is that the left overs in the can leave a great slick to fool potlickers...I'm just sayin'
Dave I'm afraid my OKRA is done for.. I know its tough stuff, but its gunna take a beating.. I will be watchin it closely as every leaf on it dissapears..hwell:
