Has anyone on here ever camped there? We are looking at going for a few days and would like to see what people think. How's the swimming area? Are there many bank fishing spots? Is there a pier, and if so is it lighted? Any help is appreciated.

Are you referring to Mill Creek on Sam Rayburn?

If so, there's no fishing pier, good camping, plenty of bank fishing, bathrooms (but not sure about condition of shwers etc.)

You can also go to the State Park website and reserve a spot (good idea).
