As I've talked about for years if the weather allows I'll be on Lake Livingston a day or two this week.... If the weather allows.....
Last week I was able to not only do a couple guide trips but also a couple recon trips for myself. It was almost 2 weeks since I had been on Lake Conroe and as usual I like to recon before I do a guided trip on whatever lake....
Weather has still been getting hot but the mornings are really nice. Crappie for the most part are feeding ok when we found them and got the jig they preferred that day in their face. Been fishing from 8 to 18fow to find the biggest concentration of fish. Water temps on both lakes has ranged from low to mid 80's.
