dad gum. There is a lot to learn from that home. I can see it is on reinforced concrete piers tie-into concrete base with Hardy siding. I expect this house is framed in steel and concrete. Looks like some windows blew out but damage compared to neigbhors is minimal. Homeowner, designer and builder did one heck of a job.

I saw an interview with the owner Pat Adams on CNN last night. See did get over there to see her house and was pretty upset with it's condition. She said she wasn't really sure anything was salvageable. It apparently looks a whole lot better from the air than in person.
