Here is Tommy Hilton's site that has everything you can imagine and does use the map which you posted in addition to altimetry, chlorophyll, sea temps, salinity and also lets you chart nautical miles from your point of origin to a site or from fishing site to fishing site….it is a pay site but well worth the fee… I
Im not really looking for all the Water Data, just a basic map that shows close areas as to where the spots are, something I can print out, put on my wall, and tell people Im going fishing there (and point at it)
Tom Hilton sells a very good fold up map that will be perfect for what you want. I have seen it at Fishing Tackle Unlimited as well as some Academy locations. Rick Jacobsen also sells a laminated 8 x 14 map.
