Here are the condition in LJ.

*Power no power anywhere I have seen
*Water is working and sewer for now
*Stores no stores open that I have seen(no food)
*Gas one station open in front of Wal-Mart, long long line.
*Streets main highways are open(caution lots of broke and hanging traffic lights) residential streets have lots of trees, limbs and power lines across them. You have to maneuver and these in some areas.

You should be able to. 2004 was open. Parts of lake jackson have power now.

LONG LINE is right. Saw that and was gonna give an update but you beat me to it. I don't have a generator and need to buy one but not in that line. I cleaned the fridge out already so not in a rush. Hey fish doc how did you like oyster creek drive

Update again for food. In Clute the Cajun Greek is open and has power. Can't say I have ever ate there before but hell beggers aren't choosers right?
