I know, I know...We release them as well. But My Son Called and said Big Pappa, you gotta try this Recipe. So Last Sunday we actually Kept one.
so Here's the Recipe: Filet and cut out the Dark crud, soak in SPRITE Over night. Then remove from the soak, pat dry and coat with HEB brand Seafood seasoning(spice blend), Lemon pepper and Cilantro. cut some butter slices(real butter) and top off fillet's with Butter. Wrap in Aluminum Foil and throw on the grill or in the oven until you hear it Sizzling inside.
It was Awsome and I could not believe it. We actually Devoured it ALL.
I actually used 50/50 of Cream Soda and Sprite Just because I did not have enuff Sprite to cover all the Fillet's. It was Still Awsome.
