On the slightly "bright" side...its a good thing this kid was unable to control the impulses of a burgeoning sociopath. At least someone will be keeping tabs on him now. Way too many slip through cracks and later do this sort of thing to people.

Kids are a direct result of their parents!!!!!! I know where my 7 year old is at all times. Teenagers will be harder to control but it can be done. I was as wild as a march hare and my parents kept track of me. We where the parental units?

Wired Wrong!

Some people in this world come with deffective wiring and this is a prime example of one - a budding sociopath for sure.

There was a kid like this is some rual town a little South of Dallas a few years back, used to drive around and shoot peoples dogs, cats, horses and cattle. He was obsessed with killing and his one desire in life was to become the most well known serial killer in the world. When he was 19 he killed two kids and everyone realized he was a budding serial killer (takes 3 murders to be considered a "serial" killer) so he was put on death-row and finally put to death a few years ago - no telling how many people he would have killed if he remained free.

I agree that it may not have happened if his parents knew where he was and did not let him run around but, what he did goes alot deeper than how he is being raised

I agree. I may have been a little wild as a kid but something has to be wrong to act that way. There's a big difference between climbing trees and trying to build the worlds largest bike ramp and doing what this kid did.
