keylogger software

Can you guys recommend a good keylogger program or better yet a video plus keylogger so I can see exactly what is going on on my computer when i'm away from it.

Is this home PC or at work computer?

If at work it might not be a good idea, charges have been filed under the fed wire tap laws. If it is a home PC you could always install a covert camera and VCR.
