Well, seeing all y'all with Billy's beautiful custom work finally made me jealous enough that I had to bite the mullet (hehehe) and order me one today. Billy seems like a really great guy and can't wait to slam some flatties with my new addition.

as i was telling you i was just putting the finish touches on a couple rods going to a husbanb wife fishing team in georiga, plus have a couple spin rods going to new jersy for the stripper run, but did not have all that i needed to build so i started on your rod today, so far i have the handle assembly ready and have started the butt wrap, some one called me from dallas who i am building a spiral for to ask me about the storm, well alls well here in gville, if that dude had not took a turn to the right stix would be up the creek at this time.
jerry poindexter was the fellow that called.
i still am trying to figure a way to give away a billystix rod, but have not gotten the ole brain to cooperate, but it will or i will have a total melt down.
you flounderstix guys and gulls chime in to tell jeff how much he is going to like his flounderstix.

your rod is complete all thats left is to put the coating on the wraps and your name, i will put it on tonightthen mon night your name should be on by saywed possible thur might be able to ship on fri, but might have to wait until mon next week.
it really turned out nice me and my web guy had a photo shoot today and your rod was included so it will be on my web site just dont know where tommy will put it i leave that stuff up to him.

Great news Billy! The payment will be on its way to you just as soon as the post office starts work manana. Thats cool about my rod being pictured on your web site..............will definitely have check it out!! "Hey, see that? Thats MY rod............ain't it purdy!!"
