channel 11 just showed water rising in jamaica beach!

Boomgoon called me this morning and said the water was already at the top of the bulkhead at Tiki, and that was before 10AM.

the water is a little high already. its about 6 to 8ft below the level of the entry door to my home right now. we will see friday morning what it looks like.

Our old house in JB was next to the boat ramp and it was always prone to flooding from high tides, there are a series of ditches running to the canals and the water backs up in the neighborhood.

If the weather men are right about this thing I predict a new pass around Indian Beach. I would not be west of the seawall when it hits!

Yup my dad was at our place earlier in JB and the water was above the dock.

Im at tiki right now and the water is 1 foot lower then what it was at noon today(when it was high). Its about 2 feet till it comes over our bulkhead
