I'm looking for a chainsaw and came across this on Craigslist, yalls opinion appreciated. I know Stihl is the best and that Echo is a close second, but I've heard good things about Husqvarna as well and not looking to spend a ton. Thanks.

Looks like a good deal to me, 50% off retail. Husqvarna is a very good brand. If I needed it, I would buy it(first checking it out and starting it).

I have a buddy at work who is part of the Aggie bonfire crew and he swears by the Husqvarna saws. I think he has 12-14 that he supplies to the cutting crew every year.

With only 2hrs run time why does it have a new bar and chain? Maybe chain but the bar should not wear that fast.

Maybe the bar got bent when it was under water during hurricane Ike. :)

Any chain saw is only as good as it's chain. Even a new chain ain't that sharp.

I have the Husqvarna 55 and it's a great saw when the chain is sharp.

Find a guy that sharpens chains and your in.

Terry I was wondering the same thing. I just emailed the guy asking questions, it don't seem like the bar should wear that fast.
