... light Sherry, Redfish and Shrimp Courtbouillon, served with perfect long grain Mahatma rice and shoveled up with some fresh, piping hot French bread slathered in garlic butter and parsley. Washing it down with a fine red Merlot as I type. Yummm, Yummm.

BLT antes are in, bets are made, raised and called. Time for the flop. :D

Dang, that looks like some fine dining.
what a chef!! I got a recipe the other night for what they cfalled catrfish coobeeyon. I said e-mail it to me. When I got it it read Catfish courtbullion. These people are from New Iberia if that explains it.

Well, I had Casa Ole' tonight so I cant say a word but that you are the Master. I think we better quit Pelican before folks start formin posses'. lol That definitely beats anything that touched my palete lately. I bow down and offer my humble sword my friend.
