you might have to wait a few more days for it to be repaired. The state was detouring traffic at Hwy 6 and Hwy 90 this afternoon and this delivery driver went down the road until the first opportunity to make a U-Turn. Things didn't go so well for him. The yacht he was hauling got stuck high center and stuck good. They ended up backing it out. I didn't see them, but I suspect they had to let some air out of the trailer tires before they backed up. It really looked even worse when I first saw it about 30 minutes before I took these photos. I decided to go and get my camera and take these photos. I arrived back just in time to see them back it out.

Something tells me he shouldn't be waiting for backhaul instructions...

Will the orange barrels every leave! Yep...it's a mess...another reason I choose to work the night shift! Great pics...Would hate to be the proud new owner and see the pics before I received it! OUCH!

I love it. :biggrin: The motorcycle cops escorting it stopped us from going thru the green light at Sugar Creek and 59 about 6:15 yesterday evening just to let the monstrosity through. :eek:hwell: Payback is a mutha. :cheers:

Actually, that boat came from Lake Travis, from what I hear. The name/port had not been changed to reflect it. It was loaded up yesterday at my buddies yard. I think it's going to a broker on Clear Lake as it had been for sale on Lake Travis for a LONG time with no action. Much easier to sell that kind of boat on something with ICW access.
