A small to med. pig, on a spit, cooked up, and people can carve off their favorite part including roosted cracklins.

We did it for a crew of about 50 (obviously a bigger pig) and folks loved it.

Inject and deep fry a couple of prime rib roasts like you'd do with a turkey.
Grilled asparagus, some whipped garlic taters, assorted salad and rolls and you have a feast that doesn't require a bunch of time or attention.

What??? Why didn't I think of that? That sounds like a great idea for our annual duck hunting trip in Arkansas. Need details, please!!
