hey guys i got a diawa 50sl.... and i didnt know the brakes dont come installed..... anyway are there two sets ? ... theres some red ones.... and some black ones.... which are better ? .... and how do i install them... thanks for any help.

Are you talking about brake weights ? I am not sure on a Daiwa but on my small Quantums that have them I turn them all OFF. Wich is popped down closest to the spool shaft. Look at Daiwa's website they may show exploded views like Penn. Hope I helped.
