Can anyone make a recommendation for how much brisket I should cook to feed 12-15 people (men and women, some heavy-eaters, some light) along with all the fixins? I've got one that weighs 3 lbs pre-cooked, but I'm worried that won't be enough...
There is a ton of info on this at www.texasbbqrub.com. Go to their forum and that's all that a bunch of those guys do is large or semi-large cooks. I am not affiliated with this company at all, I just like their rub and instructions and information.
