Here's some worthless info for ya

Hangover Cures and Interesting Info

Money down the drain. Productivity losses in the workplace due to hangovers are $148 billion.

Residents from the State of Nevada consume the most beer - 367 bottles a year. Maybe it should be called the "Beer State", not the "Silver State."

  • a. In Germany, some folks eat marinated fish to cure hangovers
    b. To cure hangovers in Holland, many eat raw baby herring covered in onions
    c. Popular hangover cures in Puerto Rico involve rubbing lemons or limes on the underarms
Why America was really discovered. The pilgrims landed at what is now Plymouth, Massachusetts, rather than continuing sailing because they were running out of supplies, especially alcoholic beverages.

In Bavaria Germany, alcohol is not considered a drink. It is legally defined as a staple food.

Corks or Kegs? In 1998, the United States population consumed an estimated 549,494 gallons of wine. That's the equivalent of 35,451 kegs of beer.

Light to moderate drinkers (0-3 drinks for men; 0-1 drinks for women), not heavy drinkers account for 87% of alcohol related problems at work.

The average man buys 2.2 gallons of beer on Super Bowl Sunday.

The average 30 year old consumes 4.5 drinks at one sitting

If you can get to the shower, get in there and take a cool one. Try eating something and hit the bed again...otherwise, try and practice a little more..lol

J,
Sooner or later you'll get so you don't heal up well at all and quit drinking. I was a party animal until about 50 when I quit drinking for my health..........

My wife said if I didn't she was going to f******kill me! LMAO

BTW I also agree with the "hair of the dog". Have another beer.

DUDE! I don't wanna be anywhere around you if you're gonna try any of these 3! The first 2 obvoiusly involve some pretty hefty HURL factor! And the 3rd...........well............I really don't know what that's about, but I wouldn't wanna look up and see some big ol hairy dude with bloodshot eyes and Albert Einstein hair grinnin at me and rubbin citrus in his pits:eek:

Best cure is to start a new one....

Actually, 32 oz gatorade before getting started.....stop drinking an hour before going to bed and kill another gatorade....mix in an asprin and your all good. Hydration is the key here..... That or just stop getting hammered and sloshed all the time...

ssmike has the right idea. I am a pro at this and believe me you have to rehydrate after you have drank a lot of booze. I try to discourage my fishing partners from drinking while fishing in the summer. I wait until I get back to the dock and still take it easy until all the fish are cleaned and the boat cleaned up. Yhen we can get serious.
