That is a sad sight for us, our kids have had a lot of good times at that water slide and was well run by some really great folks.

i'm stunned. thank you for posting these, bobby. i have lots of memories at the ol' fun spot waterslide.

Wow.so we have prob met you. When our children were younger we took them down there all the time. We had a house on Leger dr right there in Gilchist and the kiddos loved to come down to your waterslide and go to Kellys OK Burgers and to stingrays. The one with all the burma shave signs. Wife went to school with the Allens.

yes, captain, i'm sure you probably did meet me. i was there virtually all day everyday during the summer season for those five years.
